This program will upgrade your current WEPP installation to version 98.4.
A browser that runs under Windows 95 is also included in this upgrade to
allow browsing of the WEPP CD tutorials.
The upgrade program assumes you have installed WEPP under the WEPP directory
of the hard disk you specify in the installation that follows.
The main WEPP model has been upgraded as well as the climate, soil, and
management file builders. The database that describes several tillage
implements has been updated to match those values used by the RUSLE program.
Also the Pacific Island climate file has been corrected and included on this
upgrade. If you wish to perform a complete installation, exit this program
and insert the full installation diskette #1.
The program is intended to run under a DOS environment. If you are using
Windows 95 then you must run WEPP from DOS in stand alone mode NOT from a
DOS window. Some of the sub-programs, including the management and irrigation
file builder, will not run from a DOS prompt under Windows. The DOS interface
will NOT execute properly under Windows NT.
