WEPP 98.4 (UPGRADE ONLY) INSTALLATION

June 8, 1998

This installation assumes that you already have v95.7 or v97.3 loaded and
running on your PC.  Download all the files from this directory, and then run
the program INSTALL.EXE.  This directory DOES NOT contain the full WEPP 98.4
installation file set.  To download the complete v98.4 model, go instead to
the full installation Web link, or to the /pub/wepp/wepp.984 directory.

If you have already upgraded to 97.3 the only file changed is the WEPP model
executable and the readme files.
