After running the Uninstall there are still WEPP files left?

Any files changed or added after WEPP was installed are not deleted. After running the uninstall the remaining files in the WEPP install directory can be deleted using Windows Explorer (the default installation directory is c:\Program Files\usda-ars\WEPP
