Grid Model

Grid model applications of WEPP consist of dividing a watershed into square grid cells. The hillslope profile routines are then applied within each cell, then water and sediment are routed from cell to cell to the end of the watershed. The grid version will allow simulation of center pivot irrigation, as well as linkages with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
