Downloading Data
When your browser asks what you wish to do, choose "Save File," and the file will be downloaded. If there is data that you need, please contact us so that we may make that available sooner to you. Click on the file you wish to download.

Once you have the file (or files) downloaded, there are only a couple more steps you have to take before you can use them. The files have been compressed to zip files. After downloading a data file you will need to unzip it using WinZip or another program with decompression capabilities . Once the file is decompressed, you should be able to open it in most spreadsheet programs. Please note that these are large files--some spreadsheets have limitations as to how many lines of data they can handle.

Excel Files
If you downloaded a file saved as an Excel file, then once you have it unzipped you should simply be able to open it in Excel.

Text Files

If you downloaded a file saved as a Text file, it has been saved as Tab delimited text (.txt) file. You can still open text files in Excel. All you have to do is open the file and when you do, a little window will pop up which says "Text Import Wizard." Just click "Finish" and the file should open up.

If the data that you need is unavailable contact us, so that we may make it available to you sooner.
